The Sand Dunes in West Greenwich are awesome because the location provides a sandy terrain without being at the beach. Because of this, there are other variations in photo locations like the dunes themselves, the tree-lined path to get to the sand dune field, AND there's no glare off the water when the sun sets. On average, Glamis Sand Dunes winds stay around 5-10 MPH which is tolerable and adds a fun amount of wind to the shoot. Any higher than that and half the photoshoot will be you two lovingly wiping sandpaper fingers onto each other's faces and trying to keep sand from getting in your eyes.
