Ingredients. 12 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle) 1 Tbsp olive oil 1/2 of a medium yellow onion, chopped 2 tsp minced garlic (about 4 cloves) 12 oz fully cooked chicken sausage.

Increase the heat to medium-high and simmer for about 2 minutes. 1 cup dry white wine. Reduce the heat to medium and stir in the sun-dried tomatoes, salt, black pepper and reserved sausage. Simmer until the alcohol taste has cooked off and the sauce has reduced a bit, about 5 minutes or so. Then, turn off the heat.
