Iedereen waarschuwde ons, voor de drukt bij de gotthardtunnel. We moesten een camping zoeken net voor de tunnel en dan daar dan overnachten. En dan 's ochtends heel vroeg , 6-7u richting de tunnel rijden zodat we geen of weinig file hebben. Nu waren we zelf op het idee gekomen om door te rijden , en die dag nog de gotthardtunnel door te rijden.

De kleine camping ligt gunstig als doorgangscamping voor of na de Gotthard Tunnel / Pas. De eigenaar ziet graag geen aankomsten na 18:00 uur in verband met drukke werkzaamheden in het familierestaurant.

Nooit problemen gehad bij de Gotthard. Eerder ook wel gestopt bij een camping net voor de Zwitserse grens: Camping Lörrach / bei Basel.
