They really have the best custard anywhere. The custard in most other places is basically only a notch better than soft-serve.

The first Nielsen's Frozen Custard opened inside Cross Roads Mall in Salt Lake City, back in 1981. Soon after, the Nielsen family had custard shops in Bountiful, Salt Lake, and St. George.
