Their thyme honey is produced in the Sfakia region, on the southside of Crete. They specialize in producing a thyme honey known for its unique aroma and flavor. This thyme honey is available in two formats, a 2.2 pounds (1 kilo) or 1.1 pound (500 grams). In addition to their thyme honey, they also offer a premium honey coming from higher altitude.
