Add grapes, mint, and water to a small saucepan. Simmer over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, mashing grapes with a fork or potato masher as they soften. Remove grape mixture from heat and strain with a fine mesh strainer, discarding solids. In a drinking glass or mason jar, combine the grape mixture and lemon juice.
