3/4 c. chopped pecans. 1/2 pt. whipped cream. Beat together in small bowl, 3 egg whites and baking powder. Slowly add sugar and vanilla. Fold crackers in mixture. Add pecans. Pour into buttered 9 inch pie tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Cool. Top with whipped cream. Refrigerate for several hours.
