Cheesy Dill Pickle Bread! Posted on August 30, 2019. I don't think you actually have to love dill pickles to enjoy a slice of dill pickle bread. As you can see, there's lots of cheddar cheese in there too which should make this enjoyable even for those who may not share our love of pickles.

Be careful not to over mix the dough. You want the flour to be incorporated, but it's not going to look perfect.

Add flours, mixing with a spatula first, then switching to mixing with your hand until a shaggy dough is formed, so that flour is not visible. Sprinkle salt on top of dough. Cover bowl with a damp cloth and let sit for 40 minutes.
