Mascarpone ist einfach unverzichtbar bei einem italienischen Tiramisu. Hier verwende ich gerne den von Galbani (Werbung, unbeautragt), da er besonders cremig ist. Ich mische Mascarpone gerne mit Speisequark. Quark macht ein Tiramisu Dessert einfach etwas leichter. Steifgeschlagene Schlagsahne macht die Creme noch luftiger und leichter.
