Das war heute mein erstes Risotto, das ich in meinem Leben selbstgemacht habe. Ich muss sagen ich hätte früher immer etwas Respekt. Doch ich wusste- mit dem Thermi kann ich mich entlich trauen- und das Rezept war einfach Bombe und lecker überhaupt nicht zu schwer. Ich habe mich für das Rosmarin Risotto entschieden und in der Pfanne als BEinlage noch Champignons und Bohnen etwas gebraten.
