So if you are Level 55 (having switched constantly during leveling) but haven't reached Level 55 in any of the Skill trees, you cant unlock Abyssal unless you level that tree to 55 first. 2. true.

Its hard to explain, but in order to build charges you need to use certain skills, for a good majority of builds that i use, i dont use half of the skills that build charges. So that means I will have to change my build to some odd combination just to use the abyssal skills. Im probably going to switch to the Shadowplay abyssal skills.
