Try pairing a DNS blocker with uBlock Origin through your router or browser or phone settings, whichever is the usecase. I know it sounds ridiculous. DNS based solutions shouldn't work on sites like Twitch and YouTube. And it doesn't work on YouTube, but works on Twitch! Tried that after someone posted here that DNS filters work.
