Big companies may employ a few local Guatemalan's, they offer a draw for tourists, however they are putting family owned business such as Licor Marrón Chocolate at risk of extinction. Tourists come to Guatemala for the Mayan Culture and experience. Not a fake Chocolate Museum or Choco Museo.
